Double stage extrusion granulator:
Product introduction: Double stage unit, production of various cable materials: PVC cable materials, low smoke halogen-free cable materials, silane cross-linked cable materials, etc
The first stage is a TE type parallel co rotating twin-screw or TDY type parallel counter rotating twin-screw with sufficient mixing effect, and the second stage is a low-speed rotating single screw extruder, combining and complementing the advantages of both. Widely used in various thermosensitive material system granulation, large capacity devolatilization, one-step molding extrusion and other operations.
The efficient plasticization mixing and shear dispersion of the mixer, without head back pressure reflux, avoids local high shear overheating; Single screw cooling, low-speed, and high-pressure extrusion also avoid the contradiction of overheating;
Decomposing the process functions and increasing independent operating variables is beneficial for the step-by-step optimization of each process, resulting in higher efficiency and production capacity
